Visualisation:
Apartment,
Stavanger
The Forus Apartment presents a unique opportunity for architectural exploration, nestled within the dynamic landscape of Stavanger. With its concrete structures providing a raw yet captivating framework, our design vision seeks to transform this space into a harmonious blend of industrial aesthetics and modern living.
At the heart of our design concept is the seamless integration of raw materials and sleek finishes, creating an ambiance that is both rugged and refined. Steel structures, juxtaposed with wooden accents, add depth and character to the space, while the staircase serves as a focal point, drawing the eye upward and emphasizing verticality.
The apartment layout is thoughtfully configured to maximize functionality and comfort, comprising a spacious kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, a dedicated office space, and a welcoming living room. A generous balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering residents an opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Carefully selected materials and finishes play a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere of the apartment. Concrete elements provide a rugged backdrop, while steel structures lend an industrial edge. Wooden fiddles add warmth and texture, creating visual interest and tactile appeal. The interplay of these materials creates a dynamic and inviting environment that balances modern aesthetics with timeless charm.
Our visualizations bring the design concept to life, offering a glimpse into the potential of this space. Through meticulously crafted renderings, we showcase the interplay of light and shadow, the texture of materials, and the flow of space, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in the envisioned apartment experience.
The Forus Apartment represents a compelling fusion of industrial heritage and contemporary design sensibilities. With its bold use of materials, thoughtfully curated spaces, and inviting atmosphere, this project offers a glimpse into the future of urban living in Stavanger.
